EIMA International – the International Exhibition of Agricultural and Garden Machines – is one of the world’s largest events devoted to agricultural technique and technology. The exhibition is organized by FederUnacoma (the Italian Federation of Agricultural Machinery Manufacturers) and by the federal service department FederUnacoma Surl in cooperation with BolognaFiere.
The last edition was attended by over 1,950 exhibitors from 50 countries from around the world representing over 50,000 models of machinery and equipment for all types of agricultural activities or “green work” for each business model. It is worth noting that the number of visitors to the fair in 2018 increased by approximately 20%, which indicates increased interest in the exhibition and greater opportunities for companies exhibiting at this event. The EIMA Bologna 2020 trade fair takes place every two years in the autumn, but due to the emerging COVID-19 epidemic, the date of the exhibition was moved to February 2021.
