On September 22-26, 2021, an trade mission of foreign contractors from the Machinery and Equipment industry to Poland took place. Its aim was to create conditions for direct contact of foreign contractors with Polish entrepreneurs, which would result in establishing economic cooperation and international promotion of the Polish industry.
The participants of the mission included entrepreneurs from the most prospective markets outside the EU, including: the USA, Turkey, Ukraine, South Africa and Brazil. Such a composition of guests is aimed at contributing to an increase in the export of Polish products to often new, more distant foreign markets and its greater diversification. What is more, foreign journalists from the industry media participating in the mission would describe their observations from the visit in social media.
The mission plan included meetings with Polish producers and visits to the production plants of the following companies: Metal-Fach, SaMASZ and KFMR Krukowiak. Moreover, a meeting with the representatives of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of Agricultural Machines and Facilities, who presented a comprehensive picture of the Polish industry and its operating conditions also took place. A meeting with Mr. Jan Stanisław Kap, the Vice President of the Suwałki Special Economic Zone, who additionally presented investment and business opportunities in Poland was also held.
The visit at the AGRO SHOW 2021 exhibition in Bednary was an important component of the mission. It was a unique opportunity to present the most modern agricultural machinery and equipment exhibited by Polish producers and to establish business relations in one place.
AGRO SHOW in Bednary is the largest open-air agricultural exhibition in Europe, with over 20 years of tradition. Every year, about 800 companies take part, of which nearly 120 are foreign companies. Each year, the exhibition is visited by nearly 140 thousand farmers. This 4-day event is an opportunity to get acquainted with the complete offer of the production means and services for agriculture.
